Criminal Justice Advocacy Services

The ARC provides the following supportive criminal justice advocacy services:

  • Provides information about crime victim rights under Tribal, State, and Federal Laws, 

  • Assists with establishment of notifications when an offender is released from incarcerations

  • Serves as a liaison between the victim/survivor and Law Enforcement and/or Prosecutor

  • Provides information and assistance with completing and filing Personal Protection Orders (PPO) petitions in Tribal and State Courts

  • Court Hearing accompaniment

  • Provides information about criminal processes within Tribal, State, and Federal Courts

  • Provides notification of upcoming hearing dates and times

  • Provides information about crime victims rights and assistance with court hearing safety plans
